8 unique days of yoga practice and sailing are expecting you round the year in
Greece. We will be sailing every Saturday from Alimos marina or Lavrion marina in
Athens to the Cycladic islands. You will get to visit 3-4 beautiful Cycladic islands and
practicing yoga every day on every island. Experienced professional Skipper and yoga
teacher. Groups of 4 to 8 persons plus skipper and yoga instructor. Boats from 40
feet (3 cabins) to 46 feet (4 cabins)

Yvonne completed a 200 hr. Yoga teacher training/level 3 diploma in Yoga in 2013,
and a 300 hr. Advanced teacher training in Vinyasa flow, Yin, Yoga therapy, Props
and adjustments, Pranayama, in Rishikesh, India. She enjoys inspiring others into
yoga and its benefits and utilizing her 30-year personal experience.
Onboard there are available 2 - 4 double cabins for guests, and one cabin or bunk for
the crew, along with 1 to 3 WC's with showers. During your trip, you will be sharing
your cabin with your travel companion or another person from your group (same-
sex). But maybe you are an outdoor person and want to watch the Mediterranean
sky as you fall asleep Sleeping on deck is always an option if you wish to do so.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, hot and cold water, an electric refrigerator, and an
outside shower. All boats are fully equipped and fully insured for chartering.

This is a sailing trip tailored for the travelers who would like to learn how to sail
practicing yoga, feel free and relax.
After a short briefing about your safety during the trip, we will sail east to Kea island
where we will spend the night in Korissia from where you can visit Poulida the capital
we will sail 22 nautical miles southeast to Kythnos with a stop to Kolones bay for our
yoga practice, and we will spend the night in Merichas or Loutra Marina.
Day 3 From Kythnos, we will sail 21 nautical miles south to Serifos, with a break for
swimming at Koutalas bay We will spend the night in Megalo Livadi from where you
can visit the beautiful Chora.
Day 4 From Serifos we will sail 23 nm East to the island of Syros the capital of the
Cycladic islands. We will spend the night in Finikas from where you can visit
Ermoupolis the capital of the island.
Day 5 From Syros we will sail to unique Tinos with a break for swimming in
Grammata bay where you can see poems and names written on the rocks 3500 years
Day 6 From Tinos we will sail 30 nautical miles west to Andros island. with a stop for
swimming in Yaros.
Day 7 Today we will sail for 49 nautical miles back to Alimos Marina, where you will
spend our last night on board. From the marina, you can visit the center of Athens by
tram (45-minute ride).
Day 8 Disembarkation at 9 a.m.

How to reach the Marina
The trip starts on Saturday from Athens Alimos Marina, going onboard as of 15:00
o’clock. To reach the marina from the Eleftherios Venizelos Airport:
bus X96, every 20 min from the airport, bus stop called: “EDEM”, located
opposite the marina. The trip takes approximately 1-hour. Cost 6 €
taxi ride, costs around 50€ (up to 4 people)
Minivan service, cost 60€ (up to 8 people) and 100€ round trip
Please note that meals are NOT included on this trip. What we usually do before
departure is to go to the supermarket and buy provisions for our breakfast and light
lunches onboard (approximately 10 EUR per person). When in ports, everyone will
be having dinner at the local tavernas. The food in Greece is not expensive. The
calculation for food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) is about 150 to 200 EUR for the
Things to do (optional)
Every day, we will sail to another island (3-6 hours of sailing daily) we will have
plenty of time to visit the main town (Chora) and walk around the small streets,
swim in crystal clear waters (in some marinas, you can dive from the boat), and have
a dinner at the local tavernas (cost of a dinner is around 10-15 EUR). In Loutra
Kythnos, you can have a bath in thermal waters (you can find information on the
internet). Our experienced skipper, will take care to not take any risks on sailing days
so the final itinerary depending on wind force and direction. We will also be
spending time in each harbor discovering the island by scooter, on foot, or enjoy a
Yoga instructor fees
